Attorney Sergiy Melnyk
Sergiy Melnyk is a client-focused attorney dedicated to providing strategic and effective representation with an emphasis on communication, responsiveness, and results. With nearly a decade of experience in the legal field, Sergiy understands that strong advocacy begins with strong client relationships and a commitment to guiding clients through difficult and often stressful situations with clarity and confidence.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Sergiy spent more than five years working in the personal injury field as a paralegal, where he gained extensive experience managing cases, communicating directly with clients, and negotiating claims. Additionally, a portion of that time was spent managing and overseeing operations of a business connected to personal injury law. This background provided him with a practical understanding of challenges injured clients face and reinforced the importance of consistent communication and proactive case management.
After earning his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, Sergiy practiced commercial litigation for nearly four years at two highly reputable law firms in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. In that role, he handled complex disputes in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, further honing strong analytical, negotiation, and case management skills while consistently advocating for his clients’ best interests.
Sergiy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery Bar Association, and New Jersey State Bar Association.
Sergiy and his family immigrated from Ukraine to the United States in 2004. Since 2004, Sergiy had one goal in mind, to become an attorney and protect client interests at all cost. As such, Sergiy brings a unique perspective, strong work ethic, and deep appreciation for the importance of trust and communication in the attorney-client relationship. He is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and is committed to serving clients with professionalism, accessibility, and dedication.
