News: Driver dies after crashing into parked vehicle on Tacony street

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police say a driver was killed when he crashed his car into a parked vehicle in Philadelphia Friday morning, CBS Philly reports.

The incident happened at about 11:30 a.m. in the city’s Tacony neighborhood. The man was driving a Toyota when he lost control and slammed into the other vehicle in the 4500 block of Knorr Street.

Authorities said the 34-year-old driver was partially ejected from his car. He was listed in extremely critical condition before passing away at an area hospital. His identity has not yet been released.
