Another Septa Accident – But Not Their Fault!

On June 20th, 2012 a Septa bus was rear ended by a dump truck in the city’s Logan Section. The crash occurred at 10:40 in the morning at Germantown and Windrim Avenues. The bus was stopped at Windrim when the dump truck struck it. As a result of the accident, 12 passengers in addition to the dump truck driver were taken to emergency rooms at Einstein and Temple Hospitals. The injuries reported were neck and back injuries.
